1. Who operates this website
sw.foundation is operated by Dmitry Prudnikov, a natural person, in his own name. It presents Structured World, a Romanian non-profit association under Government Ordinance no. 26/2000 whose registration the court ordered on 23 September 2026 and whose entry in the Register of Associations and Foundations is pending. Once the association is registered, it will take over the operation of the website and these terms will be replaced by a new version. Contact: info@sw.foundation.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to reading this website and to using its service for signing the contributor licence agreements. They do not change any agreement you sign here: what you agree to when you sign is set out in the text of that agreement.
3. Reading the website
The website is free to read and requires no account.
4. Signing an agreement
- Signing requires a GitHub account and a valid e-mail address.
- You may sign only for yourself, with your own GitHub account and your real name, and only if you have full legal capacity to enter into a contract where you live. Signing in someone else's name, or with false details, is not permitted and does not bind the person you claim to be.
- If you contribute on behalf of an employer or another organisation, that organisation signs the corporate agreement; see CLA.
- You receive a copy of what you signed by e-mail. How your personal data is processed is described in the privacy notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with their operation, or use the signing service in bulk or by automated means.
6. Content and names
Unless a page says otherwise, the text of this website may be reused under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). Published documents (the statute, policies, agreements and decisions) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence (CC BY-ND 4.0): they may be copied and shared, but only unchanged, with their version, and without derived versions or unofficial translations.
"Structured World" and its logos identify the association and its projects. Their use is governed by the trademark rules, once those are published; until then, please ask before using them.
7. Availability and liability
The website is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or the rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
8. Changes
A new version of these terms is published here with its date; previous versions remain available. A change to these terms does not change an agreement already signed.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. Otherwise, disputes are heard by the competent courts in Bucharest.
